FEAR NOT 不要害怕
Psalm 56:3,4: When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?
诗篇 56:3,4: 我惧怕的时候要倚靠你。我倚靠神,我要赞美他的话。我倚靠神,必不惧怕,血气之辈能把我怎么样呢?(pg 936)
Acts 10:38: God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil.
使徒行传 10:38: 神怎样以圣灵和能力膏拿撒勒人耶稣,这都是你们知道的。他周流四方,行善事,医好凡被魔鬼压制的人,因为神与他同在。(page 1784)
1 John 3:8 - The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil.
约翰一书 3:8:但上帝儿子的显现是为了摧毁魔鬼的工作。(pg 1979)
Heb 2:14,15: Since the children share in blood and flesh, he too shared in them, in just the same way, so that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, and set free the people who all their lives long were under the power of slavery because of the fear of death.
(page 1941)
1 John 4:18: There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.約 翰 一 書 4:18: 爱里没有恐惧,纯全的爱能驱除恐惧,因为恐惧意味着怕受惩罚。人若心里恐惧,就表示他尚未明白那纯全的爱。(page 1981)

Fear
NOT!
Psalm
56:3,4
some
advice
I
received
years
ago…
1)
Follow
God
2)
Don‘t
let
the
past
hold
you
back
“Don‘t
let
the
past
hold
you
back.”
? Is
fear
holding
you
back
-
keep
you
a
prisoner
of
the
past?
Sometimes
the
“tough
guy”
acts
that
way
because
they’re
afraid
to
show
you
their
true
self.
Most
people’s
biggest
fear
is
that
you
will
find
out
who
they
really
are…
*(it’s
been
said)
The
quality
of
your
life
is
contained
in
the
quality
of
your
questions
We
think
in
the
form
of
questions
“Do
we?”
“Is
this
true?”
(yes,
these
are
both
questions)
When
we
address
a
fear
thought
(which
requires
we
first
recognize
it,)
we
can
ask
“Is
this
true?”
Weigh
that
thought
–
inspect
it.
Analyze
it.
How
does
this
thought
fit
with
what
I
believe
is
really
true?
How
does
this
thought
line
up
with
the
Word
of
God
and
who
I am
according
to
what
God’s
Word
says?
We
need
to
answer
our
fears
with
God’s
Word.
Thoughts
are
like
magnets.
When
you
begin
to
think
about
something
repetitively,
you
draw
into
your
life
the
people,
places
and
things
that
make
those
thoughts
become
a
reality.
Job:
“That
which
I
feared
most”
Your
RAS
Continued
aberrant
thinking
can
create
delusion
(you
can
actually
become
delusional)
When
you
wonder
why
people
believe
some
of
the
irrational
things
they
express
to
you,
when
they
support
a
leader
or a
lifestyle
that
doesn’t
even
make
sense
to
you,
you
can
know
that
it
was
a
progressive
programming
that
eventually
created
a
delusional
mindset.
In
other
words,
fear
can
make
people
crazy.
Don’t
let
fear
make
you
delusional.
Psalm
56:3,4:
When
I am
afraid,
I
put
my
trust
in
you.
In
God,
whose
word
I
praise
— in
God
I
trust
and
am
not
afraid.
What
can
mere
mortals
do
to
me?”
Fear
can
manifest
itself
in
different
ways…
Sleepless
nights
“Fear
hath
torment”
(anxiety)
The
Law
of
Expectation
“The
thing
I
feared
most…”
Stress
“If
I
don’t
achieve
this…
I
won’t
be
loved”
Take
a
look
around.
Almost
all
you
see
and
hear
these
days
is
fear.
It's
everywhere.
Maybe
now
all
the
world
is
about
to
see
a
striking
difference
between
believers
and
non-believers.
Because,
unlike
the
rest
of
the
world,
believers
don't
have
to
cope
with
or
tolerate
fear
in
any
way.
We
attack
it–and
get
rid
of
it.
In a
season
of
adversity,
David
encouraged
himself:
But
when
I am
afraid,
I
will
put
my
trust
in
you.
I
praise
God
for
what
he
has
promised.
I
trust
in
God,
so
why
should
I be
afraid?
What
can
mere
mortals
do
to
me?
God
has
not
called
the
Body
of
Christ–the
Body
of
His
anointed
ones
in
the
earth–to
cope
with
fear…
Jesus
went
to
great
effort
to
deliver
us
from
all
fear
and
oppression.
Acts
10:38:
"God
anointed
Jesus
of
Nazareth
with
the
Holy
Ghost
and
with
power:
who
went
about
doing
good,
and
healing
all
that
were
oppressed
of
the
devil."
Jesus
didn't
cope
with
the
works
of
the
devil.
He
destroyed
them.
1
John
3:8:
…The
reason
the
Son
of
God
was
revealed
was
to
undo
and
destroy
the
works
of
the
devil.
And
He
destroyed
them
by
going
straight
to
the
core
of
the
matter.
Hebrews
2:14,15:
Because
God’s
children
are
human
beings—made
of
flesh
and
blood—the
Son
also
became
flesh
and
blood.
For
only
as a
human
being
could
he
die,
and
only
by
dying
could
he
break
the
power
of
the
devil,
who
had
the
power
of
death.
Only
in
this
way
could
he
set
free
all
who
have
lived
their
lives
as
slaves
to
the
fear
of
dying.
Before
Jesus
came
into
this
earth,
all
mankind
was
subject
to
bondage.
How?
Through
the
fear
of
death.
The
fear
of
death
is
the
master
fear.
It's
what
all
forms
of
fear
are
based
on.
If
you're
afraid
of
flying,
afraid
of
the
dark,
or
afraid
of
standing
up
to
talk
before
a
group
of
people,
it
all
stems
from
the
fear
of
death.
Notice,
however,
Jesus
came
along
and
destroyed
fear
at
its
root
by
taking
the
power
of
death
away
from
Satan.
Suddenly
we
no
longer
had
to
be
subject
to
fear–-any
fear.
“Any
fear
satan
can
bring
to
our
minds
is a
fear
of
failure
of
God’s
Promises.”
It’s
called
doubt.
The
enemy
of
our
faith
cannot
create
– he
can
only
pervert
the
truth.
We
tear
down
these
lies,
these
strongholds,
these
perversions,
by
the
Word
of
God.
I
have
a
good
friend,
who
although
is
very
educated
and
has
studied
all
the
religions,
he
still
has
not
opened
his
heart
to
the
truth
that
Jesus
Christ
is
THE
Way
–
the
only
way
– to
salvation
and
eternal
life.
Because
of
that,
when
c0viid
hit
the
world
and
he
got
sick,
he
was
terrified.
Terrified
of
death.
1
John
4:18:
There
is
no
fear
in
love,
but
perfect
love
casts
out
fear.
For
fear
has
to
do
with
punishment,
and
whoever
fears
has
not
been
perfected
in
love.
What's
more,
the
moment
we
receive
Jesus
as
our
Lord
and
Savior,
we
no
longer
have
"the
spirit
of
fear;
but
of
power,
and
of
love,
and
of a
sound
mind"
(2
Tim1:7).
Romans
8:14-15
"For
as
many
as
are
led
by
the
Spirit
of
God,
they
are
the
sons
of
God.
For
ye
have
not
received
the
spirit
of
bondage
again
to
fear;
but
ye
have
received
the
Spirit
of
adoption,
whereby
we
cry,
Abba,
Father."
Where
we
once
had
a
spirit
of
fear,
we
now
have
the
Spirit
of
God,
the
Spirit
of
love,
because
God
is
love
(1
John
4:16).
And
"perfect
love
casteth
out
fear"
(vs
18).
So
there's
a
huge
difference
between
just
coping
with
fear,
just
trying
to
"make
it"
through
life,
and
being
delivered
from
fear
where
it's
totally
and
completely
out
of
your
life
forever.
“When
I am
afraid,
O
LORD
Almighty,
I
put
my
trust
in
you.”
As a
born-again
child
of
God,
you
don't
have
to
be
dominated
or
controlled
by
fear
anymore
because
Jesus
destroyed
the
root
to
all
fear.
In
other
words,
you
no
longer
have
a
spirit
of
fear
living
inside
you.
…and
though
we
no
longer
have
to
be
subject
to
fear,
we
still
live
in a
world
that's
held
captive
by
fear.
This
means
we
will
encounter
it,
and
we
will
have
to
deal
with
it.
Romans
8:2
tells
us
that
"the
law
of
the
Spirit
of
life
in
Christ
Jesus
hath
made
[us]
free
from
the
law
of
sin
and
death."
Because
Jesus
died
and
rose
again
from
the
grave,
we've
been
given
authority
in
the
law
of
the
Spirit
of
life
through
the
Anointed
One,
Jesus.
We've
been
freed
from
the
law
of
sin
and
death.
And
since
fear
is a
spiritual
force,
we
must
attack
it
with
the
spiritual
weapons
of
our
warfare
that
we've
been
given–weapons
which
"are
not
carnal,
but
mighty
through
God
to
the
pulling
down
of
strong
holds"
(2
Corinthians
10:4).
Yes,
fear
is a
stronghold
and
it's
up
to
us
to
pull
it
down.
Remember
how
we
said
God
is
love
and
"perfect
love
casteth
out
fear"
(1
John
4:18)
God
is
love
(1
John
4:16),
and
we
see
that
God’s
Word
is a
manifestation
of
that
love,
the
perfect
love
which
casts
out
fear.
John
1:1
tells
us,
"In
the
beginning
was
the
Word,
and
the
Word
was
with
God,
and
the
Word
was
God."
Getting
rid
of
fear
takes
some
action
on
our
part.
Like
God
told
Joshua,
we
have
to
meditate–constantly
give
our
attention
to–the
Word
of
God.
Joshuah
1:8:
This
Book
of
the
Law
shall
not
depart
from
your
mouth,
but
you
shall
meditate
on
it
day
and
night,
so
that
you
may
be
careful
to
do
according
to
all
that
is
written
in
it.
For
then
you
will
make
your
way
prosperous,
and
then
you
will
have
good
success.
That
means
keeping
our
mind
stayed
on
Him,
keeping
our
mind
stayed
on
His
Word,
and
keeping
our
mind
stayed
on
His
love.
And
we
have
to
do
that
until
we
receive
revelation
of
Hebrews
13:5-6:
"...For
[God]
hath
said,
I
will
never
leave
thee,
nor
forsake
thee.
So
that
we
may
boldly
say,
The
Lord
is
my
helper,
and
I
will
not
fear
what
man
shall
do
unto
me."
We
have
to
get
our
mind
off
what
the
world
says
and
onto
what
the
Word
says.
And
the
Word
says:
All
authority
in
heaven
and
earth
has
been
given
to
you
by
the
Name
of
Jesus.
(that’s
why
the
devil
wants
people
to
blaspheme
that
name)
Jesus
said,
“The
Holy
Spirit
is
the
one
who
gives
life,
that
which
is
of
the
natural
realm
is
of
no
help.
The
words
I
speak
to
you
are
Spirit
and
life.
But
there
are
still
some
of
you
who
won’t
believe.”
(John
6:63)
Isaiah
10:27:
the
yoke
shall
be
destroyed
because
of
the
anointing.
So
focus
on
the
Word.
Draw
on
the
love
of
God.
Then
seize
your
authority
like
never
before
and
pull
the
plug
on
fear!
1
John
16-19:
We
have
come
into
an
intimate
experience
with
God’s
love,
and
we
trust
in
the
love
he
has
for
us.
God
is
love!
Those
who
are
living
in
love
are
living
in
God,
and
God
lives
through
them.
By
living
in
God,
love
has
been
brought
to
its
full
expression
in
us
so
that
we
may
fearlessly
face
the
day
of
judgment,
because
all
that
Jesus
now
is,
so
are
we
in
this
world.
Love
never
brings
fear,
for
fear
is
always
related
to
punishment.
But
love’s
perfection
drives
the
fear
of
punishment
far
from
our
hearts.
Whoever
walks
constantly
afraid
of
punishment
has
not
reached
love’s
perfection.
Our
love
for
others
is
our
grateful
response
to
the
love
God
first
demonstrated
to
us.
When
I am
afraid,
O
LORD
Almighty,
I
put
my
trust
in
you.
