2 Cor 4:16-18, 5:7

Life Coach vs Counsellor

If people don’t really want to change, they don’t want a coach

There are times in our lives when we assess our status and determine that we really and truly need to change something.

It could be a small adjustment – or it could be a radical shift.

Often, when we see a radical shift is needed, we quickly feel dis-couraged.

We may “know” the change is needed, but we may somehow feel we are not up to the challenge.

The problem is bigger than our resources – or maybe our willpower.

“There’s nobody that can’t recover …   …there’s nobody beyond God’s reach.”

Awareness can lead us back to the place we need to be.

A wake up call should leave you “awake.”

Obviously the first step to change is recognizing the need for a change

#2: Treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping

Identify those things that you know will harm you and stop doing them as soon as possible.

 “He came to himself…”

Coming home will require you to leave where you are now.

If you’re outside in the storm you have to come back in the house.

Breathe Out - Breathe In   The process of life is the process of exchange. 

Receive the Word of GOD today and EXCHANGE it for a Miracle. 

(a few weeks ago) “If we want to take back our lives we have to recognize what we need to keep – and what we need to let go of”

The irony is, to truly take back our lives, it means we give them to God.

It’s TIME!!!  (say it)

What do you need to make a nice cup of tea?

Hot water. Tea leaves (or a tea bag)

Without the Cup – all of those other things just make a big mess.

837 times the word "heart" appears in scripture. 

Until the heart is fixed - until this cup is ready - the other things will just make a mess. 

Clarity.  Clarity of Intention. Purpose. Focus. 

What I want to do today is create a Divine Restlessness in your soul that propels you forward.

You’ve got to make a clean break. Do it afraid – but just do it.

It’s TIME!!!  (say it)

How can we reach out in faith without letting go of that thing that we’re holding on to?

We often wait for something to move us before we will change – but he truth is, it ultimately comes down to us finally deciding to move.

It just comes at some level of pain, usually. How much will you tolerate?

You learn to steer a boat in the storm by entering the storm.

Break the inertia. Press through the barricades of fear, doubt and unbelief.

Get “sick and tired” of being “sick and tired.”

“It Is Finished.”

Can you declare that over your old self today?

It’s TIME!!!

If you hear words today that sound familiar, your old mindset wants to tell you,
“I know that.”   That voice cannot be trusted.

Embrace the familiarity by telling yourself, “Thank you – and I could use the reminder.”

It’s TIME!!!  (say it)

A lot of people live in a place called “Someday Isle.”

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

“For we live by faith, not by sight.”

If we are to be free to be renewed day by day, we have to release our preconceptions and be open to new revelation.

Our response to that revelation is still our choice. (will we answer that alarm)

It’s TIME!!!  (say it)

There is a Bigger YOU that is ready to come forth.

We can remain the same person for the next 10-20 years if we want to… but…

“Greater is HE that is IN YOU…”

Jesus: John 12:24 - Truly I tell you, unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains by itself. But if it dies, it produces much fruit.

Jesus was the ultimate seed that was planted in death and we were born again by the same Spirit that raised Him from the dead.

Every born-again believe has this within them.

It’s TIME!!!  (say it)

Do you think it is odd or silly to speak to your spirit today?

We often speak to inanimate objects:

-      cars that won’t start  -   pants that won’t fit

-      shoelaces that won’t untie  -  traffic lights that won’t change

“Call those things that be not as though they were.”  “Thou shalt decree a thing”

“Speak to the mountain” - “whatsoever they saith”

2 Cor 4:13 "It is written: 'I believed; therefore I have spoken.'
Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak..."

Reality: Everyone has their share of mistakes and regrets

IS there something in your life right now that is holding you down and holding you back?

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start – anyone can – with GOD’s help - GOD’s grace, power, love and mercy – start from right where they are NOW and make a brand new ending.

2 Tim 4:7 - I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

? How will we end our race?

The prodigal son’s story could have ended with his head buried in the pig troth.

Isaiah 45:9 - Does a clay pot argue with its maker? Does the clay dispute with the one who shapes it, saying, 'Stop, you're doing it wrong!'

If GOD is the potter – and we are the clay – we can trust Him to mold and shape our future by HIS hands.

Your clay is not baked yet.

What the enemy uses to defeat us –

traps – plots – schemes – depression – disappointments – discouragement

GOD Transforms to Complete Us.   (repeat)

John 6:63 - The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you--they are full of the Spirit and life.

Do you dare to declare “It’s TIME!!!” today?

Without fear – without hesitation?

2 Cor 5:10 -  “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”

Are you ready to walk out your talk?

“If we KNOW what to do, but don’t DO it, it is the same as NOT knowing.”

You’ve got to make a clean break. Do it afraid – but just do it.

? How can we reach out in faith without letting go of that thing that we’re holding on to?

We often wait for something (external) to move us before we will change – but the truth is, it ultimately comes down to us finally deciding to move.

No more fear. Only believe.

Awakening to abundant life is also about letting go.

Will you release your fear and choose to walk in faith today?

I declare – in Jesus’ Name –

The Greater One is Living IN Me – Right Now
- and I can do all things through Christ which gives me strength
Therefore, I now Choose to submit my life to this power

to step out of my past

and to step boldly into my Divine Destiny in Christ – Right Now.

It’s TIME!!!  (say it)

Romans 5:17: For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!
